Terms of Service for Lectures, Webinars, Seminars, Classes and Training Programs

By registering for our lectures, webinars, seminars, classes or training programs ("Events herein"), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully before completing your registration.
1. Registration and Reservation of Seats
1.1. Seat Reservation: Your seat at the Event is reserved once full payment has been made & registration is confirmed.
1.2. Registration Deadline: Registrations are subject to availability. We encourage early registration to guarantee your seat.
1.3. Payment: Payments can be made online through Gcash or direct bank deposits. Your registration is confirmed only when payment has been successfully processed.
2. Payment Terms
2.1. Accepted Payment Methods: Payments for the Events can be made using ONLY Gcash or direct bank deposit to account of Christian Hernandez Espiritu with details to be provided:

2.2. Payment Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of payment. If you do not receive a confirmation within 48 hours, please contact us immediately.
3. No Refund Policy
3.1. Non-refundable: All payments for the Events are non-refundable. Once your payment is processed and your registration is confirmed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
3.2. Transferability: You may transfer your registration to another participant, provided that notice is given at least 48 hours prior to the Event. Details of the substitute participant must be provided by the same deadline.
4. Rescheduling and Cancellations
4.1. Reschedule Policy: If you are unable to attend the Event on the scheduled date, we offer a one-time rescheduling option. You must notify us at least 72 hours in advance to reschedule. The rescheduled Event must be within 6 months of the original date & subject to Event availabilities. If you are still unable to attend the rescheduled Event, your Event fee is forfeited in favor of CFBS.
4.2. Event Cancellation by Organizer: If the Event is canceled by the organizer, you will be provided with options to reschedule to another date & time, if applicable.
5. Event Access and Content
5.1. Access Link: Registered participants will receive access details (e.g., webinar links, seminar location) prior to the Event. Please ensure the accuracy of your contact details.
5.2. Content Ownership: All materials, recordings, and content provided during the Event are owned by the organizer and may not be reproduced, transmitted or shared without prior written consent.
6. Code of Conduct
6.1. Respectful Behavior: Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully during the Event. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the Event without a refund.
6.2. Recording and Photography: Unauthorized recording or photography during the Event is prohibited.
7. Liability and Disclaimers
7.1. Personal Responsibility: By participating in the Event, you acknowledge that you are participating at your own risk. The organizer is not liable for any damages, losses, or personal injury that may occur as a result of participation.
7.2. Force Majeure: The organizer is not liable for failure to hold the Event due to circumstances beyond our control, such as, but not limited to, natural disasters, strikes, or technical difficulties.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
8.1. Data Usage: The information you provide during registration will be used for Event management purposes and to communicate important details. By registering, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
8.2. Marketing: By registering, you consent to receive promotional emails and updates about future events, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
9. Amendments
9.1. Changes to Terms: The organizer reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be communicated to registered participants.
10. Separation Clause: If any part of this terms of service is not enforceable by law, rules and/or regulations, the other remaining parts not affected by such law, rules and/or regulations shall be effective.
